Company Details
A leading resources company based South of Perth’s CBD have recently secured a new contract and as such have created an Accounts Assistant position to join their established team and support the business on a permanent basis.

Your New Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties will include:
• Matching & coding of invoices
• Reporting on Profit & Loss
• Preparing payment commitments report
• Daily cash and bank management
• Review outstanding purchase orders
• Maintain & reconcile supplier accounts / Liaison with clients.
• Full end to end processing in of invoices through to payment creditors

Your Profile
To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
• Excellent communication skills
• 2 years previous experience in a similar role in a corporate environment
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous exposure to a large ERP system is essential. 
• Good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
