Working with us as a course advisor you will efficiently and effectively contact and follow up prospective students, promoting our leading training institute and encouraging them as to all the great reasons why they should study with your institute.

You will also provide them with the vital information they need to begin vocational training with us to improve their skills and enhance their employment prospects.

This is a call centre role like no other.

Benefits of this rewarding sales role includes a good base salary, fantastic bonuses, and unlimited potential to earn commission just for working hard and doing a great job.

We offer huge earning potentials (OTE $50,000 - $70,000+ per annum), supported by an excellent base salary and  lucrative commission structure.

Full training will be provided on our courses and systems as well as continuous coaching in sales skills, strategies, and techniques.  Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will gain new abilities and continuously develop professionally in order to perform other activities as required.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Be driven by success

• Love earning extra $$$ for overachieving

• Enjoy talking to people

•  Have sound computer & typing skills (30 wpm+)

• Genuinely like people

• Be comfortable speaking with a broad range of people from diverse backgrounds

• Have a friendly & outgoing personality

• Have an excellent work ethic

• Have past experience in a sales environment with experience of 'closing' sales.

• Have a minimum of 6 months' sales experience
