  • Based in Mount Ku-ring-gai - 1 day p/w: Fri 9am - 4pm
  • Varied role that incorporates Admin, Reception and Customer Service

We are working in partnership with a bespoke, multinational business who due to growth are keen to appoint a one day a week Administrator to help support their existing team.

This role requires the successful candidate to commit to working every Friday between 9am - 4pm on an on-going basis.

You will join a professional, well established and supportive team and be responsible for all general admin/ office duties including:

  • Answering calls
  • Covering reception
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Data entry
  • Typing and filing
  • Organising company vehicles
  • Mailroom duties - distributing post

The successful candidate must possess outstanding communication skills and as the first point of contact, must be friendly and professionally presented.

It is essential you have worked in a similar role recently and have up to date IT skills with a solid knowledge of Word and Outlook.
