About the role

Right now we’re on the lookout for an Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis at our Production Facility in Kwinana.

As the newest member of the Kleenheat team you will report to the Manager- Production and Engineering, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Production Leadership Team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring safety remains priority number one.
  • Providing general administration support to the LPG & LNG management team.
  • Organise and maintain site access and record administration including, scheduling site inductions, issuing maintaining swipe cards and, regular auditing of various registers.  
  • Maintain the accuracy of various administration systems and assist with compiling monthly reports.
  • Identify improvements to systems, processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service.
  • Provide relief support to reception and operational business support teams when required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar administration role.
  • Strong computer literacy and office administration skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to deal with varying priorities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to deal with conflict and problem solve.
