TEMP Administration Assistant

OUR CLIENT

Our client is a reputable Property Group who own, manage & develop Retail, Commercial, Industrial & Residential Property.

They currently require an experienced Centre Administrator who has had exposure within a centre management environment, to join their close knit team on a 3 month basis covering long service leave. A permanent role could also be on offer for the right candidate!

The successful candidate must be available to work Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm).

THE ASSIGNMENT
  • Reception
  • Inputting invoices
  • Filing (tenant records etc)
  • Monthly checks (spotting of hazards etc)
  • Greeting retailers and customers
  • Attending to queries such as lost property
  • Organising Security and Cleaning services as required
  • Assisting the marketing team
  • Packaging promotional material and organising gift bags
  • Liaising with the local community and outside media
The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this TEMP Requirement, you will ideally possess the following:
  • Minimum 12 months experience covering administration in Centre Management (retail property)
  • Willingness to handle all components of Reception
  • Demonstrated experience with database management
  • Ability to assist with high level administration
  • Ability to produce brochures, marketing campaigns and flyers for the Centre
  • Professional communication and presentation
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • The natural ability to present in a corporate and professional manner at all times
  • A team player attitude
