This major Architectural practice has a high-profile international reputation as designers of Australia’s most iconic and significant buildings and urban precincts. They have been awarded on numerous occasions the highest of Australia’s design accolades.
The team enjoys flexible starting/finishing hours. At least 12 people work in part-time roles already. They don’t expect or want staff to work long hours.
They aim to have lunches together at least weekly. Their people are encouraged to take on teaching roles in design at Universities.

What do they design?

Their principal areas of expertise are in buildings and urban precincts with complex briefs requiring immersive design thought.

• Urban Design & Master-Planning

Your role will include:

• Contributing to bid submissions for design competitions, etc
• Concept Design, Design Development
• Contract and Tender Documentation
• Working with your Melbourne-based colleagues and Sydney-based team

Skills & Experience you will need:

• Bachelor and Masters of Architecture
• Eligible to apply to become a Registered Architect in NSW (preferably)
• Some experience in large and complex projects is preferred over houses
• Organisational skills to meet budget and programme targets
• Revit proficiency and experience is ESSENTIAL
• Rhino expertise will be viewed favourably
• Any experience in 3DS Max, V-ray, and Corona is a bonus

Remuneration

The salary package offered is commensurate with your skills and experience.
