What is it like to work there?

Working in an adapted heritage building in a popular CBD precinct, you will be part of a friendly team of designers. Close to trains, buses, numerous cafes and shops, etc.
All designers work with a Director &/or Associate Director. You may be assigned to a major project to work in-depth, or contribute across a number of projects.
  
Your workday may include:
  • Be part of a team starting the project delivery from Concept Design onwards through Design Development, Contract Documentation, Construction and Tender Documentation stages
  • Co-ordinating with other Consultants
  • Assisting in liaising with Clients and Authorities
  • Contributing to multiple exciting and challenging project types such as High-rise Hotels and Commercial towers

Skills & Experience you will need:
  • Bachelor and Masters of Architecture
  • A minimum of 2 or 3 years’ post-grad experience
  • It is ESSENTIAL you can demonstrate extensive and recent AUSTRALIAN experience in working on large, complex projects – NOT small residential projects
  • High-level ArchiCAD skills and experience are ESSENTIAL
  • High-level Rhino skills and experience are preferred
  • SketchUp & 3D Studio Max would be advantageous too
  • Some experience in local planning controls is desirable
  
Remuneration

The salary package offered is commensurate with your skills and experience.
