SMAART Recruitment is partnering up with one of the World’s largest tobacco suppliers who have offices all over the world, they employee over 550 employees in Australia alone. Due to a great 2018, our client is once again expanding and a recent opportunity has become available at the Woolloomooloo Head office.
  
Our client is seeking an experienced Systems and Database Administrator to join their team. This role is critical in regards to company performance and planning. Working with the National field environment you will serve as a support function to the business and their retail customers.
  
This role involves liaising with IT to monitor and maintain the Hybris Management Console and the Veo web platform by identifying and resolving technical issues that impact our customers. You will also assist in creating basic reports, summarizing VEO sales/orders for the replenishment agents and our internal business.  

More about the role: 
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues that impact customers within the VEO system
  • Creating basic reports, summarizing VEO sales/orders for the replenishment agents and internal business
  • Providing ongoing support to the Customer Sales and Service Representatives in their day-to-day activities
  • Updating and maintain all product listings and exclusions
The ideal candidate:
  • At least 2 years experience in an Administrator role creating reports
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word including creating formula, macros and pivot tables as well as PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise
  • Is able to work well in a team environment and can work towards targets and deadlines
  • Experience in e-commerce would be highly regarded
  • Practical use of SAP or Siebel is a must
