Due to growth and on-going success a position has opened for a friendly individual to join our client’s dynamic team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain excellent experience working in a high performing culture within financial service.


Our client is a fast-growing company based in the CBD and is currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Superannuation Consultant to join their growing team!
  
This client is Australia's leading ethical Super and Investments firm helping to build a better world through positive investments!

**Immediate start**
  
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handling all inbound and outbound sales inquires
  • Managing the back-end rollover process
  • Providing the team with support such as communicating with clients and customers
  • Following up clients regarding incomplete applications
  • Ongoing analysis to improve current systems and procedures
  • General office administration
  
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong customer service
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
  • Professional manner 
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
