As a Marketing Assistant, you will feel as though you are always learning and developing your skills. Work closely with a supportive, inclusive and all-round fun team who will set you up to succeed! 

We are on the hunt for a confident and creative digital marketing and social media expert who has a love for Melbourne’s thriving hospitality scene.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute campaigns to support business goals
  • Collaborate on integrated marketing plans
  • Lead content writing efforts to develop compelling social stories for all brands
  • Management of group social accounts and create and update content on websites
  • Drive engagement through a range of social media activities, event activations and local area marketing 
  • Assist in the creation and marketing of tailored sales proposals and internal events
  • Maintain customer databases and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Managing, reviewing and providing feedback on the different social platforms
Experience:
You will be a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced situations alongside having high attention to detail and solid communication skills. 
  • Degree qualification in Marketing discipline or similar preferable
  • Hospitality, events or catering experience is highly regarded
  • Marketing experience
  • Creative flair and imagination
  • Experience in developing promotional and marketing concepts and strategies that target key demographics
  • Experience in managing and maintaining social networking sites
  • Exceptional presentation and clear communication skills
