Inbound Customer Service

The Company:

We are excited to be working with one of Australia's well known Energy Retailers who is 100% Australian owned and operated. They are dedicated to making energy more human and keeping things simple with transparent energy pricing structures.

Not only are they award winners for exceptional customer service and environmental awareness, but they are also owned by Australia's largest generator of renewable energy, generating water and wind power for over 100 years.

Due to continual growth and internal promotions they are looking for multiple Inbound Customer Service Reps to grow the team.

Start Date - Monday 11th of February 2019

The Role:

This is a full time permanent position - security and stability! The hours vary from 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays. 

Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD on Bourke Street, this contact centre has a cool, fresh and funky environment and has all the tools to help support and motivate you to perform at a high level.

What the role entails:

  • Handling all inbound enquiries from both existing and new members
  • Providing excellent customer service for both business and consumer clients
  • Renewing existing members policies and answering billing enquiries
  • Signing up new customers
What we are looking for:
  • Experience within the energy industry in a similar role is highly regarded!
  • Must have worked in a customer service position previously - phone or face to face
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and positive attitude
  • Strong ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Exceptional rapport building skills
  • Resilience and adaptability
