Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer (Temp)

  • Immediate start - CBD location
  • Hourly pay - Up to $28 p/h PLUS Super

2evolve are a market-leading fundraising agency, working on behalf of some of the world's best known charities.  One of the ways in which we raise funds for our NFP clients is within our call centre, where we have tele-fundraisers raising as much awareness and financial support as possible for our charity partners.

In this fast paced role, you will be responsible for supporting our Recruitment Officers by conducting initial telephone screening for new call centre employees.  You will also be involved in all administrative tasks surrounding this process, not limited to:
  • Telephone screening and booking suitable candidates for interviews
  • New employee induction
  • Writing & posting job advertisements
  • Conducting reference checks & employment verification
  • Creating new employee starter packs
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Availability to start immediately
  • Some exposure to Recruitment administration (either internal or agency)
  • A strong customer service and/or admin background
  • Drive and ambition to progress quickly within the Recruitment field
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
