Early Childhood Educator/Trainer/ Assessor - VFA Learning (Geelong)

VFA Learning Geelong is a dynamic and energetic Registered Training Organisation committed to developing the careers of our staff as well as our students.


We are currently looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual ready to join our team as a Full Time or (0.8 FTE) Early Childhood Educator/Trainer/Assessor to:

  • Deliver training for the Certificate III & Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Conduct marking and recording student assessments
  • Assist with student pastoral care
  • Maintain and develop sector relationships


The successful applicant must have:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Considerable industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drivers license
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Trainer and Assessor (TAE)
  • Current Senior First Aid
  • Presenting/Educating/RTO experience


You must:

Be a motivated person who is passionate about the Early Childhood industry and has the desire to energise others.


Ongoing training and support provided.
