With our retail outlet in Altona North, and well established online platform, Jenjo Games has expanded our product lines to over 75 different indoor and outdoor games, and delivers Australia wide.
To assist with our continued expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join the team, and assist in delivering an exceptional and enjoyable experience to our retail customers from our Altona North outlet
Working a minimum 25 hours per week in supporting the office team, the Retail Assistant will also help with promotion of the company and our products through social media platforms.
Ideally, the preferred candidate will have previous customer experience in a retail outlet, coupled with:
Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Intermediate knowledge of social media applications and Apple Mac/Microsoft PC applications
Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Be well presented, punctual and reliable
Must hold Australian drivers license
Must be an Australian resident
Face to face and digital customer service
Online/phone order fulfilment
Manual handling of stock (requires some heavy lifting)
Social media monitoring and management
