Established health practice in Albert Park is seeking a casual receptionist/administration assistant to join our team.

We're a young and innovative team of practitioners working closely together to successfully build a well respected reputation across a broad client community.

The role is on a casual basis of  20-25 hours per week.

Experience within a similar role is essential.

Experience with and understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel is essential and experience with accounting software (Xero) and booking software Cliniko is preferred but not essential.

Excellent communication skills and a highly professional and well presented manner are essential. 

Must be available weekdays, evenings and Saturdays.

Current working with children and police check are essential.

Covering letter and a copy of your current CV to be included with applications, to be handed in to our office in person.
