We are an award winning and highly reputable mortgage broking firm and are wanting to do things differently!  We're excited to now be recruiting for a Customer Experience support role, at our head office in South Melbourne – a position that has been established in order to support, and work closely with our real estate, developer and overseas networks to ensure their overseas clients settle their off the plan purchases. 

We have access to a mortgage fund not available to all brokers and is unique in the current market with our own branded product and is very popular, hence why we need someone who has the experience of working with overseas buyers and affiliated partners.  

The Role

This is a position for a confident operator who will manage the application process for our clients. Our Broker team will complete their compliance and application process and then once the loan is submitted, it is up to this person to follow up the application until settlement and over time learn and up-skill to then be a broker or Senior Assessor in the future. 

How You Do It

As an onsite Support person, this person will receive applications on a daily basis and a generous base salary with great incentives.  There are multiple opportunities to grow this area's volume.  Daily, this person will be in contact with local real estate agencies, developers and working with overseas agents, who will be sending referrals through to the broker.

Skills and Experience


To make this opportunity successful for yourself, you will ideally;

  • Be an existing, active and motivated support person in the Melbourne market with your finger on the pulse when it comes to home lending experiences
  • Speak Mandarin and Cantonese 
  • Possess a confident and positive attitude towards mortgage broking and how it enhances the  property financing experience
  • Have honed, exceptional customer service and communication skills; written and verbal
