Contact Centre Consultant (Inbound Service)

Our client is the leading global provider of digital and physical information management services with corporate offices all around the world. The company provides storage solutions for ever growing amounts of information with compliance and regulatory requirements in mind. As their business continues to grow we are seeking additional customer service professionals to join the National Contact Centre based in Geebung.

The Position:
Our client is actively recruiting for their inbound customer service team. Your day will see you taking inbound calls and attending to inbound email requests from customers all around Australia and New Zealand. You will provide solutions to customers on all aspects of their information management needs including bookings, processing work order requests and resolving complex queries. You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience for the organisation's high profile private and public sector clients across Australian and New Zealand clients. The role has a perfect combination of service and administration.

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in a fast paced and professional customer service role
  • Contact Centre experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, strong service focus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude with high levels of self motivation and a commitment to achieving individual and team goals
  • High levels of accountability and reliability
  • A strong quality and compliance focus

What is on offer:
  • Rotating full-time (38 hours per week) rosters between 5am and 7pm Monday - Friday (6am - 7pm during non-day light savings times).
  • Full Time roles available at $28.06/hr + super Temporary rate
  • $44,000 p.a. + super + bonus when permanent with regular salary review, incentives and career progression
  • Long term temporary to permanent position commencing immediately
