Help Desk Support Consultant

  • Full time Temp to Perm - $28.06/hr + super
  • Inbound Service (Level 1 and 2 Help Desk)

About the role:
This service focussed role will see you managing inbound calls, emails and web chat interactions with a range of internal stakeholders seeking first or second level IT support on internal systems (applications and hardware). You will log technical support requests and triage basic enquiries along with resolving technical problems and actioning work requests in a high volume environment as part of an engaged and committed team.

What you bring to the role:
  • Previous customer service experience in a high volume multi channel contact centre environment
  • A genuine passion for service excellence
  • An interest or experience in IT service desk (Level 1 or Level 2 systems support)
  • Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to deal positively with a wide range of people
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • High levels of reliability and accountability with a strong commitment to working as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPI's
  • Must hold, or be willing to obtain a QLD working with children check (Blue Card)
