Our award winning printing business in Cambellfield that has been in operation for 28 years, is looking for a Full Time Accounts/Customer Service/Receptionist.

You must have strong customer service experience, attention to detail and a can do attitude to be considered for this role.

Key Skillset

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Xero
  • Experienced in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Database experience
  • Demonstrate high level Customer Service
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail
  • Be flexible and ready and willing to be involved in varied opportunities
  • Must have drivers license

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Customer Service and Support
  • Telephone and Reception work
  • Sales Support
  • Preparation of work for Production
  • Despatch preparation
  • Liaise with Clients, Production and Admin staff and Management
  • General office procurement
  • Banking
  • Filing
