Our award winning printing business in Cambellfield that has been in operation for 28 years, is looking for a Full Time Accounts/Customer Service/Receptionist.
You must have strong customer service experience, attention to detail and a can do attitude to be considered for this role.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Xero
- Experienced in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Database experience
- Demonstrate high level Customer Service
- Demonstrate high attention to detail
- Be flexible and ready and willing to be involved in varied opportunities
- Must have drivers license
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Customer Service and Support
- Telephone and Reception work
- Sales Support
- Preparation of work for Production
- Despatch preparation
- Liaise with Clients, Production and Admin staff and Management
- General office procurement
Must be available for an Immediate Start.
