Their growing Contact Centre supports internal and external clients with a wide range of service enquiries in a multi-channel environment.  

About the role:
These positions work in their national Contact Centre receiving inbound calls from potential customers and making warm outbound calls to hot leads to customers who have expressed a genuine interest in the service via internet enquiries, trade show and other quality lead sources.

To be successful you will need:
  • Previous experience in a quality telesales role
  • Exceptional telephone communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong service focus with an understanding that great service sells!
  • High levels of discretion, confidentiality and integrity
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPI's
  • To be self-motivated with a strong goal orientation
  • To work as part of an engaged, dynamic team to achieve goals
  • Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Must hold, or be willing to obtain a QLD working with children check (Blue Card)
