Eligible candidates MUST:

  • Have exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Have effective time management skills to priorities workloads, meet timelines and budget expenditure to ensure quality outcomes for activities and projects
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, specialist consultants and other relevant project stakeholders (internal and external)
  • 'Think outside the box-er' and want to lead digital design in the travel industry
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest design and UX/UI trends
  • Have an outstanding portfolio of related work

Required Skills

  • 3+ years web design/digital marketing experience
  • Good knowledge of the basic principles of SEO
  • Good knowledge of Social Media for business, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and blogging
  • An impressive portfolio demonstrating design excellence with great conceptual thinking
  • Understanding of UX/UI/IA concepts in particular for responsive websites, interface design, visual and mobile designs an advantage
  • High quality motion graphic/animation materials design
  • Experience designing & executing PPC, SEM & retargeting campaigns
  • Working knowledge of PHP, HTML 5 and CSS and front-end development will also be highly regarded
  • Experience with story boarding, user persona development, designing user/process flow diagrams, sketches, wireframes, click-through demos, or prototypes an advantage
