Trainee Credit Officer

We currently have a 12 month Traineeship opportunity (with a view to permanent) within our Sydney finance team. Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for receipting, reporting, internet banking, collections of outstanding client accounts by phone, letter and email, monitoring activity for new clients, highlighting debts to the National Billing & Credit Manager and the on-going maintenance of account details.

You will be working closely with both internal and external clients, so strong communication skills are essential for this role.

This role would suit a school leaver interested in a traineeship and would support the successful applicant’s completion of a Certificate III in Business Administration.

This role is not suitable for recent university graduates or applicants who have already completed a Certificate III in Business Administration.

We are looking for a motivated candidate with a positive attitude to join our small, friendly and hardworking team. The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic, be well organised, have strong attention to detail, be enthusiastic, client focussed and have strong numeric reasoning and communication skills.
