About the role

Under the guidance of the Business Development and Marketing Manager, and working closely with a specialist team, this position focuses on the coordination and execution of strategic marketing and business development initiatives for a key project within the aged care sector.  

 

This role will be offered initially for a maximum term period of 6 months, with responsibilities including:

  • Development and execution of industry accelerator program
  • Build and manage effective stakeholder relationships – particularly with program sponsors and program participants
  • Designing marketing program and scheduling
  • Event Coordination
  • Development of marketing collateral, web pages, digital and social content, participant register
  • Recruitment of participants
  • Development, distribution and measurement of program communications.
  • Budget management and reporting

 

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in business related degree, preferably with a major in marketing or relevant discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience working within a busy marketing team in an administrator or coordinator role.
  • Very strong writing and editing skills
  • Recent experience working with stakeholders and sponsors is essential
  • Proficiency in full MS Office suite, Adobe creative suite and photo editing software
  • Up to date working knowledge of social media marketing  and mar-tech tools and programs including Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey and Wordpress
  • Experience working in the aged care sector or innovation/startup environment is desirable.
  • Highly organised, process driven, and with excellent attention to detail, you will be a solutions-focused thinker with a pragmatic, proactive and flexible approach.
