HROnboard is a Human Resources SaaS platform with an amazing team, culture and product. We are on a mission to create amazing employee journeys with our employee onboarding platform.
HROnboard is owned by ELMO Software Limited  (ASX: ELO).

We are expanding our Sales team and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our rockstar Sales team.

Who we're looking for

You enjoy exceeding targets!  

  • You will be a persistent, self-starting achiever who knows how to sell.

  • You are articulate, to the point and excellent at building rapport over the phone and in person.

  • You are adept at presenting and speaking in corporate environments. You are a good problem solver and able to work unsupervised and efficiently.

  • You have a practical understanding of SaaS and technology concepts and always looking for better ways to do things.

  • With a demonstrable record in sales, you should enjoy exceeding your targets and working with others to achieve success.

  • Knowledge of the HR Industry would be a bonus but not essential.

  • Motivated self-starter.

Your Skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills along with strong organisational skills.

  • A self-starter who is motivated by the hunger to be the best.

  • 3+ years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Ability to prioritise leads and opportunities and appreciate business urgency.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

  • Ideally, have a tertiary qualification but not essential.

  • A passion for technology and software.
