Marketing Communications Coordinator

Enviropacific Services provides specialist engineering and applied science solutions for the prevention or remediation of solid and liquid contamination. Working across Australia, we are a trusted provider in the property, infrastructure, industrial, defence and petroleum sectors. We have been in business since 2001, employing over 250 staff across offices in Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Cairns, Townsville and Brisbane.

Due to our exciting and continued growth, we are currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to our National Marketing & Communications Manager, this role is integral to the ongoing growth of our business, it is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join a talented and established team. With a strong foundation of internal stakeholder, external consultant and supplier relationships, this role will assist in further enhancing our brand presence Nationally. 

The responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Support the National Marketing & Communications Manager and other functional leads across the business
  • Prepare and undertake marketing projects and campaigns
  • Coordination of branding, corporate imagery, print and promotional materials and suppliers.
  • Preparation and copywriting of internal and external communications including digital, print news stories, blog pieces.
  • Coordination of internal communications and company intranet platform – ‘MyEnviro’
  • Design and preparation of digital and print content in accordance with company brand guidelines
  • Contribute to and proof company marketing material
  • Assistance in the coordination of conferences and trade events
  • Management of multiple social media channels
  • Preparation of ‘EnviroNews’ EDMs
  • Coordination and reporting of Google AdWords and SEO activity
  • Be continually aware of relevant industry coverage and support preparation of company media responses

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Creative and unbiased thinking
  • Fluid use and ability in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is essential
  • Confident use of Final Cut Pro software
  • Proficient in both Windows and Apple operating systems
  • WordPress experience is desirable
