Corporate Receptionist

Our client has been established for over 70 years. Focused in the medical sector, developing new diagnostics, better treatments and prevention strategies, specifically in the areas of cancer, infectious diseases, mental health and chronic disorders.

They are now looking to engage a new team member to join their core Administration team.

You will be the first impression of this organisation whilst also providing administrative support to other groups within the business.

Key Responsibilities:-

Providing professional reception/switchboard services and acting as a first point of contact for visitors;

Assisting with a range of general administrative activities including but not limited to:

  • high volume mail handling
  • stationery ordering and delivery
  • word processing and data entry
  • copying, scanning and collating documents
  • taking meeting minutes

To be successful in this role:-

  • Previous experience in a busy reception environment is essential (exposure to a large corporate or hospitality environment will be well regarded);
  • You will possess a recognised qualification in office administration or equivalent experience;
  • You will need to be well versed in administration systems and processes;
  • You will need to enjoy providing excellent customer service and possess good communication skills;
  • You will be highly organised with a keen eye for attention to detail and able to follow instructions;
  • Good computer skills – competent with MS Office Software (Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint are required;
