Team Leader

An opportunity has become available for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate at our Adelaide workshop as a Team Leader.

Main responsibilities will be:

  • Providing leadership to a team in a workshop environment
  • Mechanical fitting duties
  • Manufacture, test and repair valves and associated components both in workshop and site environment
  • Fault find and resolve problems within your areas of competence
  • Supervise personnel within workshop team and ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures
  • And a variety of other workshop and/or site related tasks as required

To be successful you will ideally have:

  • Trade Qualifications in Fitting and Machining or Similar Mechanical Field
  • Proven Mechanical Aptitude and Capability to deliver Quality Work
  • Proven experience leading teams
  • Experience in Process Engineering environment, workshop, or on-site
  • High regard for working Safely and Environmentally Responsibility
  • Understanding of JSA's, Safety Work Plans and required use of PPE
  • Ability to work in an adaptable team and use own initiative
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
  • Track Record being attentive to accuracy and detail in their work
  • Leadership skills and experience

The successful candidate will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening prior to an offer of employment being made
