Recruitment Resourcer

KLC Recruitment has been in operation since 2009 and we have built long standing relationships. We are looking to broaden our team with an experienced Recruitment Resourcer due to an increase in workload. KLC is a business that invests in its people- we are looking for the next member of our team who has genuine drive and is looking for a company in which they can grow their skills and career.

We are looking for either a full-time or part-time employee, if part time the role will be a minimum of three days a week with those days to be Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.

 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a genuine interest in working within the recruitment industry
  • Consider yourself a people person
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Cope well with juggling multiple priorities at any given time
  • Be a results driven individual
  • Be resilient and enjoy working in a fast paced high pressure environment
  • Have worked previously within the recruitment industry

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Phone screening, interviewing and reference checking candidates
  • Assisting Consultants with sourcing of candidates and any ad-hoc tasks
  • Managing and maintaining a temporary pool of candidates - including scheduling
  • Assisting with bulk project recruitment and assessment centres
  • Database management
  • Reference checking
  • Other administration duties as required including conducting Police Checks and other qualification checks
