We are currently recruiting a talented Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join us on a permanent part time basis in our Port Macquarie Base Hospital clinic. The role is due to commence in April 2019.

 

Key Accountabilities include:

• Performing high quality Nuclear Medicine imaging examinations and employing correct techniques to the accepted industry standards or above
• Performing all other aspects of Nuclear Medicine including radiopharmaceutical preparation and Quality Control procedures to the highest standard
• Providing exceptional patient care and communicating effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel
• Employing excellent organisational and time management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Full AHPRA Registration
• Patient-focused attitude towards delivering health care
• High-level personal and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both as a sole technologist and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong work ethics and a commitment to the culture and values of the I-MED Network
• Ability to meet relevant NSW Health workplace requirements, including occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases
