About the position

We have a fantastic opportunity for a experience and passionate person to join our team. The Coordinator leads the case management team and holds portfolio responsibilities across a range of CYF programs. The Coordinator is responsible for delivering services to children and young people with complex needs and is delivered in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures and child safety.

About you

We’re looking for a leader who has at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and minimum 2 years’ experience working with children and young people. You will have a tertiary qualification in Social Work or equivalent, a current driver’s license and coaching experience. The ability to handle complex situations with a sense of calm, intelligence and common sense is a must. Empathy, personal accountability and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are qualities that will succeed in the role.
