We are a world leader in our field and have a new opportunity for an engaging and proactive Customer Service Officer to join us. As well as undertaking CS duties we are looking for someone who has the potential to progress to TL and provide coaching and mentoring to the team whilst promoting a warm, supportive and diverse working environment.
Delivering the highest standard of CS to our clients, you thrive in a team environment, helping others, solving problems together, and removing barriers to achieve results. With strong influencing skills you will utilise your extensive customer service experience to lead by example and continue to contribute to a high-performing team.
This role requires you to deal with all levels of customers, both internal and external and you will be the point of contact for escalated calls, therefore it is imperative you have excellent communication skills, are empathetic and caring and have an absolute commitment to delivery of superior customer service You have a flexible positive attitude.

Your role includes:
• Managing the key accounts to achieve excellence
• Point of contact for escalated calls
• Data management & reporting
• Implementation of new initiatives
• Coaching and motivation of the CS team
• Self development

As the successful candidate it is essential you are:
• Well presented with a professional and polite manner
• Have professional customer service skills and experience
• Are able to work autonomously
• Have initiative and sound problem solving skills
• Are highly organised with effective time management skills
• Have a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Have a relevant clinical background
• A minimum of 4 years experience in contact centre/customer service based roles - preferably in healthcare, community services or the medical device industry
• 2 years experience in a more senior role (preferably in the contact centre environment)
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to negotiate, resolve issues, and create process improvements
• Computer literate with the ability to multitask across systems
• The ability to be resilient, think outside the square and work within a team environment
• Able to take changes in your stride.

This is full time permanent position, Monday to Friday
