Service Coordinator
Our Client is a leading provider of maintenance services to commercial office and building facilities nationwide. With over 10,000 sites across Australia this is a fantastic opportunity to join their service desk team who coordinate trade contractors (plumbers, electricians, carpenters etc) for incoming jobs.

The position involves extensive phone and email liaison with customers and contractors along with general associated administration tasks as required. Prior exposure to service scheduling and/or a building/trades office is preferred but not essential.

Your duties will include the following:-
  • Proactively allocating technicians to the jobs through our CRM system
  • Regular client updates and contact
  • Ensuring completion targets and KPI's are met consistently
  • Sourcing of new technicians
  • Maintenance of compliance and safety systems - client and technician communication
  • Technician and other creditor invoice processing
  • Assistant in quotation preparation
  • Preparation of documents and site condition reports
  • Reporting to the Service Desk Manager daily
The perfect person for this role will be a proactive, motivated and a self-driven person with a 'make it happen' attitude. You will have an excellent telephone manner and top written communication skills as well as being customer focused with a calm and confident approach. Fast and accurate data entry skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office is essential.
