Our client has a highly regarded Resource Management, Environment & Planning team. Led by partners who are passionate about the work they do. You will receive excellent mentoring and training to further develop your skills. The role will see you working with developer clients, corporates as well as local authorities on commercial, residential and industrial projects, land use planning, infrastructure development, public works and consenting. This is a chance to be a strategic advisor for the clients you work with.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • At least 1 years' post qualification experience as a Resource Management or Civil Litigation lawyer;
  • Those with no experience in the RM field will have a demonstrable interest in moving into this area;
  • Ideally, knowledge of the Resource Management Act;
  • Good drafting and interpersonal skills;
  • A passion for advocacy work; and
  • A good university academic record.
