Can you plan, coordinate and manage the day to day administrative processes of a business?

Do you have a genuine interest in health and fitness?


Our client is a leader in the Health and Fitness sector undergoing phenomenal growth in both local and off-shore Fitness Training and Fitness Training Diploma courses.  As a result they are now seeking an energetic and dynamic person to act as their Commercial Manager.  This role will require someone who has the versatility to handle the day to day running of the business including database management, and much,much more.

Specifically your duties will include:
  • PA duties to the Director
  • Ensuring the financial targets of the business are met and that all financial related processes are adhered to.
  • CRM management and tracking payments  
  • Plan, coordinate and manage all day to day administrative processes of the business - order stock, suggest improvements for overall company productivity, schedule meetings, facilities management, monitor staff performance, assist in budget preparation and more.
  • Handle student enrollments and enquiries
  • On-boarding new students
  • General Reception duties
The person we are seeking for this challenging and rewarding position will need a strong administrative background with PA or Accounts experience as an added bonus.  You will need meticulous attention to detail, have excellent personal presentation and be adept at multi tasking.  Energy, passion and commitment are also important qualities for the role.
