My client is a leading provider of maintenance services to commercial offices and building facilities nationwide. They are committed to offering a work/lifestyle balance to their employees and are hoping to offer part office and part home based work in the near future.

Due to the current incumbent moving away from Sydney they are now seeking to appoint a talented and creative person to assist with marketing, writing Marketing and Sales materials and presentations and preparing Bids and Tenders for the company.

You will ensure that all processes and documentation is of a high professional standard, compliant and in accordance with company guidelines and liaise with Operations staff to assist in any possible clarification of Tender information.

To be successful in this role the successful candidate could be a Marketing Graduate who ideally has a background in Sales and Marketing and strong written communication skills. Previous experience with Tender preparation would be a distinct advantage. You will have proven ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in a deadline driven environment and prefer to work as part of a fun, dedicated and hard-working team. Strong administration, MS Word and graphic skills are also a pre-requisite for the role.

The company is located approximately 10 - 15 minutes walk from the rail station (lower North Shore) and a salary of $70K plus Superannuation (negotiable depending on experience) is offered for the right candidate.
