Legal Receptionist

This is a unique career position for a motivated, bright and enthusiastic individual who wants to develop a career in law and possesses the ability to work well independently and in a team. Warm and friendly phone manner and interpersonal skills are essential, as are reliability, motivation, eagerness to learn  and a mature attitude. Other skills required include typing, excellent numeracy and literacy, accuracy and attention to detail.

Our friendly St Kilda Road firm will provide a fast paced, dynamic and enjoyable work place with on-the-job training.

The role will consist of reception and general administration duties such as greeting clients, mail duties; opening and closing files; writing letters and emails to clients and solicitors; data entry; scanning, photocopying, binding and filing and ad hoc duties .
