Our North Brisbane based client is currently seeking a fulltime administration assistant to join their company. You will be joining a small, tight knit team and be provided with full training and support. You will be working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities:
  • Updating company database
  • Typing up reports
  • Completing ATO reports
  • Basic accounting duties
  • Maintaining company privacy and confidentiality
  • Supporting preparation of wages
  • General office duties as required
You will ideally have:
  • Sound knowledge of computer operating systems
  • High level organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Drivers licence
