What sets us apart is the amazing team of people working with our customers and their families. Being part of the Montrose community means you’re making a positive difference to so many lives. We think you’ll love working here!

If you'd like to join our team, then read on.

Let's start with the basics. To have a chat with us about this role you must have:

  • Mandatory recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA (or ability to obtain registration).
  • Experience and / or interest in paediatrics and / or physical impairment is preferred.  Montrose will support experienced therapists who want to make a transition to paediatric practice.

  • Current CPR certificate (or able to obtain prior to commencement).

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Design, implement and evaluate interventions for children and young adults with physical and other associated disabilities and developmental delay.
  • Provide evidence based therapy to achieve customer goals within available resources.
  • Provide discipline specific assessments.
  • Achieving customer goals within the available resources.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders - customers, families, referrers and colleagues to address agreed outcomes.
