About the role:

Our market leading corporate team are looking for a solicitor to join our Wellington office.

As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to work directly with leading corporate partners including Josh Blackmore, Bradley Kidd and Geof Shirtcliffe.  You will manage files and work with a national team on complex, marketing-leading transactions and corporate and financial services advisory / funds management work, for high profile public and private sector clients. You'll be exposed to challenging work, and there will be scope for you to build long-term client relationships and to advance within the firm.​​

We expect that you will have a strong academic record and the motivation to succeed in a busy, dynamic and fun team. Large law firm experience is desirable, but not essential.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

  • 1-4 years’ PQE
