The Role.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator to join our busy volunteer screening clinic located in Nedlands at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. 

As our Recruitment and Screening Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all volunteers and participants to Linear’s busy screening clinic. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for: 

  • the management of Linear’s Screening Clinic front reception; 
  • coordination of volunteer appointments; and
  • providing general administrative support to the recruitment and screening team. 

You set the ‘first impression’ for all our volunteers and provide excellent customer service guaranteeing their initial ‘clinic’ experience with Linear is a positive one. This role will require you to engage with range of internal and external stakeholders and be an informed member of our team, across all our current trials. 

 

Your Experience and Attributes.

To succeed in your role as our Recruitment and Screening Administrator you will be able to demonstrate your skills, experience and success in the following:

  • At least 5 years of experience in reception within a medical clinic or professional business environment. 
  • Practice/business diary management, arranging and managing appointments of a busy team
  • Written and verbal communication, providing excellent customer service;
  • Computing and administration skills – working within CRMs, client database or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous nature

Ultimately, we are seeking a motivated individual, with a mature and positive attitude who personally connects to Linear’s vision. This role will suit someone who enjoys multi-tasking, working across several areas at any one time and succeeds in a fast paced and busy team environment.

The Recruitment and Screening Administrator role is full-time 12 month fixed term position with the possibility of extension. Our reception operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
