d'Albora Marinas is Australia's largest marina group with 7 marinas and other offerings such as bars, restaurants, and boatyards ideally located across New South Wales and Victoria.  We focus on exceptional customer service and providing great facilities to ensure our berthing customers have a great experience every time!

Your role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable / Transactional Officer to support a small friendly finance team to execute the financial needs of d’Albora Marinas.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, some of your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • process accounts payable invoices;
  • create payments and uploading them into the system for payment;
  • bank reconciliation;
  • refund payments;
  • month end reporting
  • attending to supplier queries

You

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • an Australian resident
  • must have a minimum of two to three solid years account payable & support experience in a high volume environment, with exposure to the payments process.
  • Intermediate to advance level excel skills required.
  • Experience using Greentree is preferred but not essential.
