Marina Manager

d’Albora Marinas is seeking a motivated and experienced Marine Executive to oversee our two sites in central Melbourne. This role is an excellent opportunity for a proven operational business manager who is serviced focused and able to drive and develop a team to ensure the success of these diverse marine operations.


The Company
d’Albora Marinas is Australia’s largest marina group and is in an exciting phase of growth, with seven beautifully located marinas and a further three to join our brand in the near future. This is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team and grow with our group.
The Role

As the Central Melbourne Operations Manager you will report to the General Manager National Operations and will be responsible for:

  • Inspiring exceptional customer service
  • Growing occupancy levels
  • Site compliance – specifically WHS & Environmental
  • Maintenance & management facilities across two sites – two marinas, a boat stacker, significant on site tenant facilities (commercial negotiations are excepted), significant fuel service operations
  • Contractor management
  • Analysing financial reports and developing strategies to achieve goals
  • Community liaison

The Person
A focus on customer service is essential as is experience in marinas and facilities management. Experience in fork lift and fuel operations is desirable.
As a manager, you will be able to work autonomously and a motivated self-starter who inspires others towards shared goals.
As a business that is at its peak operational performance on weekends, you will be available to work rostered weekends. If you are able to lead by example, have the ability to multi-task, and possess the skills to drive a great team, then this is the role for you.
