Your new company
Our client is among the world’s top producers of major commodities including iron ore, metallurgical coal, copper and uranium. They extract and process minerals, oil and gas from its production operations located primarily in Australia and the Americas.

Your new role
As a Project Manager you’ll spend much of your time in the Adelaide based office and occasionally visit site when required. You’ll manage various projects through its entirety of planning and execution; working closely a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Procuring resources in order to deliver projects;
  • Reviewing and tracking costs, schedules and designs and variations;
  • Driving projects to be delivered within time schedules, cost effectively and within company standards;



What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for the role, you will: -

  • Come from a civil engineering discipline with 10+ years of Project Management experience in Australian projects
  • Have run brownfield projects
  • Be flexible to visit Olympic Dam when required
  • Be able to show strong stakeholder management, good communication and high focus on safety and risk management
