Who we are:
North Coast Primary Health Network is an independent, not-for-profit organisation committed to improving the health of North Coast communities. Primarily funded by the Australian Government, we work alongside local health care professionals, social services and hospitals to support our communities and provide solutions for gaps in our local health services. 

About the role: 
Join our leadership team working with our new Chief Executive Officer, Julie Sturgess. We are seeking an Executive Director to provide operational and strategic leadership of finance, accounting and procurement; facilities and asset management; people, culture and workforce development; office administration and other corporate support functions; and risk management; quality and accreditation.

As a member of the Executive Team this position actively shapes the current and future direction of the PHN, encouraging innovation while supporting the organisation with appropriate levels of resources (physical and financial), and with financial , accounting and people management, and quality systems to support the business and to ensure compliance with governance standards. The Director contributes to planning, reporting and monitoring of organisational initiatives to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organisation.

About you:
You will be passionate about the health of North Coast Communities; encouraging innovation and new ideas; creating an environment for the development of new approaches and creative solutions. You will also have:
• Expertise in executive level corporate services roles
• Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification and CPA/CA qualification
• Experience in effective governance frameworks to enable quality strategic, corporate and operational planning, identifying trends and aligning activities and goals to meet these

Salary Information: 
• Full time position (38 hours per week) for a maximum term up to 30 June 2023. 
• Base work location is negotiable (Ballina, Tweed Heads, Coffs Harbour, or Port Macquarie) 
• Significant intra-region travel and work outside standard office hours may be a requirement of this role 
• Salary will be by way of Executive Contract $155,000 per annum + super guarantee 
• Generous salary packaging opportunities to eligible employees, who are entitled to salary package up to $611.50 per fortnight ($15,899 p.a.) before tax.
