Who we are: 
North Coast Primary Health Network is an independent, not-for-profit organisation committed to improving the health of North Coast communities. Primarily funded by the Australian Government, we work alongside local health care professionals, social services and hospitals to support our communities and provide solutions for gaps in our local health services.

About the role:
Join our leadership team working with our new Chief Executive officer, Julie Sturgess. We are seeking an Executive Director to build strategic partnerships and alliances with health and social service organisations for the purpose of keeping people healthy and out of hospital – promoting wellness.

You will ensure that all relevant services are aligned to the strategic goals of NCPHN and responsive to needs of the community, with a focus on:
• Developing and implementing collaborative, innovative, cross-sector initiatives with the NNSW and MNC Local Health Districts and other key providers of primary care e.g. Aboriginal Controlled Medical Services
• Promoting and supporting a systematic program of integrated health care at the regional level
• Implementing key strategies in Aboriginal Health and Aged Care

• leading transformational change in a complex and fast-paced environment
• building wide-ranging alliances and networks

Salary Information:
• Full time position (38 hours per week) for a maximum term up to 30 June 2023.
• Base work location is negotiable (Ballina, Tweed Heads, Coffs Harbour, or Port Macquarie)
• Significant intra-region travel and work outside standard office hours may be a requirement of this role
• Salary will be negotiable by way of Executive Contract commencing from $165,000 up to $175,000 per annum + super guarantee
• Generous salary packaging opportunities to eligible employees, who are entitled to salary package up to $611.50 per fortnight ($15,899 p.a.) before tax.
