We are looking for experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager, for an award winning casual dining venue!

About the role:

This is a full time position for a hands on Assistant Restaurant Manager offering career progression for the right person. You will be responsible for staff supervision inclusive of training, maintaining and creating exceptional customer relationships, and being a true professional and face of the business. The assistant restaurant manager needs to be able to hit the ground running and fit into our amazing team.

• Full time
• Open 7 days a week, lunch and evening service
• Extremely hands on position responsible for daily operations with some administrative duties

 

About you:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high volume a la carte casual dining restaurant or Restaurant Manager in a smaller restaurant looking to progress into a larger venue
• Previous experience leading a team of 10 or more staff in a high pace, high volume setting
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Calm and collected under pressure and the ability to multi task
