The Role:

The purpose of the Program Support Officer role is to provide a high level of administration and program support in line with the program and organisational goals within the Service Innovation department, from the office based in Lidcombe. We are looking for an experienced person to take on this rewarding and challenging role and help to make a difference in the lives of people with MS. 

Your responsibilities:

As the Program Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing professional, friendly, efficient and timely clerical and administration support based on the needs of the program, the department and the organisation. 

Supporting the team, you will also be responsible for responding to internal and external enquiries, maintaining the stationary supplies and office consumables, maintaining the filing system, assist in invoicing, billing and credit card reconciliations, provide support for local activities and provide relief Reception duties as required.  

Your capabilities:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A personable and professional approach
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Sound computer skills particularly in Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Is a strong team player
  • Proven relationship development skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously

Your Qualifications:

Ideally, you will have a Certificate III in Business Administration and/or relevant administration experience.
