AHG Refrigerated Logistics specialise in warehousing, distribution and road/rail transport of time critical refrigerated freight (FMCG including dairy, meat, produce, seafood, confectionery and manufactured food) across 4 national coverage brands..

Part of AHG, Scott's Refrigerated Freightways currently has an opportunity for qualified heavy diesel mechanics to join our team at our Morningside Workshop. 

You will be part of a team working primarily on our fleet of prime movers, performing general servicing, maintenance and repairs in line with NHVAS guidelines.

Preferably with 3 years experience working with prime movers in the transport industry, you will bring to our business, an enthusiastic, applied and supportive mindset to our team.

The successful applicant will need to be;

  • Fully qualified diesel mechanic
  • Able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role or the ability to apply the skills and aptitude necessary to make a real contribution to the success of our workshop operation
  • HR licence preferred
  • Able to display a willingness to provide support and guidance to apprentices and other workshop team members.
