Administration Officer - Aged Care

With seven aged care villages across NSW, six within the Sydney Metro area and the seventh located in regional NSW.

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administration Assistant to join a friendly and responsive customer service team that is central to the seamless operation of our vibrant Village community. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for Payroll, Rostering, with a focus on proactive and professional customer service delivery. This position is a FULL TIME opportunity, located at The Village - Mary Street, Drummoyne.

Required:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or related subject
  • Previous experience in administration in a busy office environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of payroll procedures and related activities
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High quality organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to tight timelines.
  • Ability to apply knowledge to interpret timesheets in high volumes and to high standards.
  • Practical understanding of computerised payroll/hr systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and high quality organisational skills. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional standards
  • Well developed interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within an aged care environment
  • Ability to speak Italian or other languages
  • Emplive experience
