The Role
A full time receptionist/optical assistant.  It will require you to manage the smooth running of reception as you will be the director of first impressions meeting and greeting all clients in the practice, answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner. We require a personable, motivated and welcoming employee. This role will require you to have exceptional presentation and a clear speaking phone manner. Other duties will include: processing health fund and medicare claims, coordinating deliveries, managing client records, managing invoices and statements, providing quotes, making appointments and following up on enquiries.  This role would be well suited to a professional friendly and reliable individual who wishes to work in a customer service focused reception position in the eyecare and fashion industry.

Good written and verbal communication skills
Well groomed, professional presentation
MYOB skills advantageous or a desire to learn
